Chris Floyd has recently moved back to London, having spent six years living in New York City and working across the United States.
In that time, he visited 39 states and photographed, among others, farmers and their buffalo in North Dakota, cotton farmers in Arizona, music legends in Memphis, wannabe hip-hop heroes in New Orleans, NASCAR racers, the West Point Military Academy and United States Naval Academy football teams, a week on the campaign trail with presidential challenger John Kerry, remote-control car-racing fanatics in the Florida panhandle and architecture in Indiana.
Chris also came back with a portfolio of portraits, including Paul McCartney, David Bowie, Yoko Ono, Gael Garcia Bernal, Keira Knightley, Scarlett Johansson, Jake Gyllenhaal, Orlando Bloom, Robbie Williams, Mena Suvari and Sofia Coppola.
